All by phone, for service businesses anywhere in the US.

Find the jobs you're missing.

Built for small service businesses: trades, agencies, and professional services.

The calls are already coming in. A lot of them die while you're on a roof or under a house, and the customer doesn't wait. I look at the week and write down where the jobs leak out.

I'm Charlton Haupt. One phone call, then a report within 48 hours. I read it before you do.

Why I started this

Most of the business owners I talk to know AI could save them time. They've heard the hype. What they don't know is where to start, which tools are worth it, or what's safe to hand off without wrecking how they run things.

So I built a simple first step. We talk through how your week actually goes: the calls, the scheduling, the follow-ups, the paperwork. Then you get a plain report showing where AI can realistically save you hours, and what to do first. No software to buy from me and no tech talk.

If it doesn't find at least 5 hours a week, you get your money back.

You were on a ladder. The phone rang.

They called the next guy.

Sometimes it's slower than a missed call. The estimate goes out and nobody follows up until someone remembers. The crew goes home. You're still at the counter with the invoices and the schedule.

You already know a computer could take some of this. You don't have a spare week to figure out which part.

How the call goes

Tell me the trade, how many people you've got, and a time that doesn't wreck the day. You pay when you book. That part is about two minutes.

The interview is 20 to 30 minutes. Call from the truck, the office, or the couch. The voice on the line is an AI interviewer. She says so before she asks you anything, and she asks if recording is okay. Say no and I'll send the questions in writing. Same price.

Talk the way you would to another owner. Who grabs the phone. How dispatch actually works. Where the quotes stall. What you do after the invoice goes out.

I go through the report before it reaches you. You have it within 48 hours of the call, two business days.

What's in the report

I write the best places to put AI and automation in your shop, with hours a week and dollars a year, and I show the math.

A few of the fixes use software you already pay for, ServiceTitan or Jobber or Housecall Pro or QuickBooks, whatever is on your screen. You can set those up this week.

The rest is a 30-day plan, week by week, plus what those tools cost right now and which subscriptions you can drop. One page is for your office manager or your partner.

The last page is a proposal if you want me to build it. Skip that page if you don't. I don't follow it with a sales call.

What it costs

$997

Founder price. First 20 shops, then it's $1,500.

One payment. The audit is not a subscription.

A consultant usually wants $1,500 to $5,000, and a few weeks on your calendar.

Free for BMN members. Your free strategy calls stay free. This is the piece after that, done for you.

More than one location, or a crew of about 25 to 50, is a Full Audit. That runs $2,000 to $2,500 because I talk to the people doing the work, not only the owner.

If you hire me to build it within 14 days, the audit fee comes off the invoice. Care after that starts at $750 a month.

The 5-Hour Guarantee

If the report doesn't find at least 5 hours a week you could realistically get back, email me within 14 days of delivery. I'll refund every dollar. You don't have to get on a call to explain yourself.

Questions I get

Is the interviewer really an AI?

Yes. She tells you that before any question. I still read every report.

Is the call recorded?

Only if you agree. You're asked at booking, and again out loud at the start. If you'd rather not, I'll send a written questionnaire. Details are in the AI & Recording Disclosure.

Who sees my information?

Me, and the software that runs the call and the draft. I don't sell it. Recordings are deleted 90 days after I send the report. The Privacy Policy has the rest.

I'm not techy. Is that a problem?

No. If you can describe your week, you can do this.

We're slammed. When do I find 30 minutes?

Early, on lunch in the truck, or after you close. Any phone.

What should I have handy?

Rough weekly numbers for calls, leads, estimates, and invoices. The name of the software you use. Best guesses are fine.

Can my office manager join?

Yes. Say so at the start so everyone on the line can agree to recording.

What happens after?

You run the plan yourself, or you reply to the proposal and I build it.

How fast is the report?

Within 48 hours of the call. Two business days.

Do you take every business?

No. I look at every order. If I can't take yours, I refund the payment in full.

Every missed call is a job someone else got.

If you want me to look at yours, book a time. If I can't take the shop, the payment comes back.
